These terms govern access to CubSky, including its public website, fundraiser tools, participant storefronts, and customer ordering experience.
By accessing or using CubSky, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use CubSky for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Organizer accounts must be created and managed by an adult who can enter a binding agreement.
Participants under 18 may use the platform only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, school, team, or other responsible adult.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and protecting your login credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. CubSky may require verification before allowing access, changing account details, issuing a refund, or processing a payout.
Organizers must accurately describe their organization, campaign purpose, dates, and participants. Personal storefronts may only be used for the approved campaign. Users may not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, make unauthorized product or health claims, or use CubSky for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
Fundraising earnings are governed by the Fundraiser Participation Terms.
Product availability, descriptions, images, prices, taxes, and shipping charges may change. We try to present product information accurately, but packaging and appearance may vary. Ingredient, allergen, serving, and label information shown on the product page and package should be reviewed before use.
An order is an offer to purchase. CubSky may decline or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, shipping, legal, or other legitimate reasons. If payment has been captured for a cancelled item, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
You authorize the payment method submitted at checkout to be charged for the order total. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout. Promotional offers may have separate conditions and may be changed or ended as permitted by law.
Shipping is currently limited to eligible addresses in the United States. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy are incorporated into these Terms.
CubSky, its site design, software, content, names, logos, and other materials are owned by GLANZ LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the platform only for its intended purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit platform materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.
You retain ownership of campaign content you submit. You grant GLANZ LLC a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and use that content only as needed to operate, promote, and support the fundraiser and platform.
CubSky may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected fraud or misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Obligations relating to payments, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes survive termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CubSky is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee that every campaign will reach its goal or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLANZ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of CubSky. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms and the incorporated policies form the agreement between you and GLANZ LLC for use of CubSky.
