Organizer authority and responsibility
The organizer confirms that they are at least 18, are authorized to act for the organization, and will provide accurate campaign, contact, and payout information. The organizer is responsible for participant invitations, campaign content, internal approvals, and compliance with organization policies and applicable law.
Campaign setup and approval
CubSky may review, verify, approve, decline, pause, or close a campaign to protect users, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with law, or enforce platform terms. Campaign names, stories, photos, logos, dates, and goals must be accurate and may not infringe another person's rights.
Participant storefronts
Participants may join through an authorized invitation and may receive a personal storefront link. Participants must use that storefront only for the approved campaign and must follow organizer instructions. A parent, guardian, school, team, or other responsible adult must oversee participation by minors.
Sharing and prohibited conduct
- Do not send spam, use purchased contact lists, or contact people in violation of law.
- Do not make false statements about the organization, campaign, products, earnings, delivery, or tax treatment.
- Do not make medical, disease, or health claims beyond information CubSky has approved for a product.
- Do not manipulate orders, attribution, refunds, chargebacks, progress, or leaderboard results.
- Do not use a fundraiser for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful activity.
Fundraising earnings
The default organization earning is 60% of eligible product sales attributed to the campaign. All active CubSky campaigns use the same 60% rate unless GLANZ LLC and the organization agree otherwise in writing.
Eligible product sales exclude shipping charges, taxes, cancellations, refunded items, chargebacks, and other amounts identified as ineligible in campaign reporting. Discounts and adjustments may reduce eligible sales. Progress displays are estimates until orders, refunds, and chargebacks are finalized.
Orders, fulfillment, and customer care
CubSky processes customer orders and arranges direct shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. Organizers and participants do not need to purchase, store, sort, or deliver inventory. CubSky handles order support, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment adjustments under its customer policies.
Payout review and timing
After a campaign ends, CubSky reviews eligible sales, shipping status, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and account information. Approved earnings are scheduled for manual payment by ACH or wire seven days after campaign close. A payout may be delayed while information is incomplete or a good-faith review is pending.
The organization must provide accurate payout instructions and is responsible for any bank fees, tax reporting, or internal distribution obligations that apply to it.
Adjustments, reserves, and recovery
CubSky may correct calculation errors and adjust unpaid earnings for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate payments, or other invalid transactions. If an adjustment is discovered after payment, CubSky may offset it against a later payout or request repayment, subject to applicable law.
Campaign content and promotion
The organization retains ownership of content it submits and gives GLANZ LLC permission to host, display, reproduce, and use that content to operate and promote the fundraiser and CubSky. The organizer confirms it has permission to submit participant names, photos, logos, and other materials.
Closure and records
CubSky may close or suspend a campaign for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, safety concerns, or misuse. Valid customer orders and legally required refunds will still be handled. CubSky will maintain campaign, order, earnings, adjustment, and payout records as reasonably necessary for operations and legal compliance.
