Depending on how you use CubSky, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as name, email, phone number, login details, organization, and role.
- Campaign and storefront information, including campaign names, goals, photos, messages, dates, participant links, and sales attribution.
- Order information, including purchased products, billing and shipping details, order status, discounts, taxes, refunds, and tracking details.
- Payment-related information processed by our payment providers. CubSky does not store full card numbers.
- Support communications and information you choose to provide.
- Device, usage, and cookie information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions.
How we use information
- Provide accounts, campaigns, storefronts, checkout, fulfillment, order tracking, reporting, and customer support.
- Attribute sales and calculate fundraiser earnings and payouts.
- Process payments, refunds, taxes, and fraud-prevention checks.
- Send service messages about accounts, campaigns, orders, shipping, delivery, and payouts.
- Maintain security, enforce our terms, comply with law, and improve CubSky.
- Send marketing communications where permitted; you may opt out of promotional email at any time.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate CubSky, such as payment processors, cloud hosting, email, analytics, tax, fraud-prevention, fulfillment, and shipping providers. We may also share information with the organizer or participant connected to an order to provide sales attribution and campaign reporting, but we do not show them full payment card information.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and tracking choices
Essential cookies and similar storage help the site function, remember preferences, and protect accounts. Optional analytics or advertising technologies may be used only as disclosed and subject to the choices available in our cookie notice.
You can choose “Essential only” in the cookie notice. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies, although some platform features may not work correctly without essential storage.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary by information type.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, or to limit certain uses and disclosures. You may also appeal a denied request where applicable. We will verify requests before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Children and participant accounts
CubSky is designed for organizers, customers, and adult-supervised fundraising participants. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 without the notice, consent, and other safeguards required by law. A parent, guardian, school, or organizer should contact us if they believe a child's information was provided improperly.
Third-party services and links
CubSky may link to or use services operated by other companies. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy terms. Review those terms before providing information directly to a third party.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as CubSky, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
